I'm giving him 10 games to get it right, if he don't then goodbye. But at the moment he is doing ok, but I'm just not getting over-confident.

I have always rated him as a manager but I haven't always been able to understand some of his substitution decisions, especially at the end of a game where it is obvious a substitution interrupts the game and has resulted in us losing games. I have every confidence that we can match any team in this league and can either gain automatic promotion or win the playoffs.

I have voted in at the moment but I think that he has problems sorting out players positions.
What is 6ft 3 in man doing playing wide on the right insteads of down the middle to win headers?
When Loft came on who is left footed why didnt they switch Cox over to the right?
Why, in fact bring on Loft at all at that stage of the game we needed a defender he could have brought on Lowe and moved Reid to defensive right midfield with 3 central defenders.
As early as the 48th minute it was obvious that we needed somebody, possibly Cox to release the ball to and run thus relieving the defence of the constant pressure that they bought upon themselves by lumping the ball out and it coming straight back. Somebody to do what Seb Carole did last season hold the ball and take it down the line towards the corner post.
