Have never rated McGhee as a manager can't say he has done a bad job so far but he has a habbit of doing ok with players already at the club but things go wrong when he starts to bring in new players.

Never heard of him but McGhee knows what he's doing. Even if Richie Morris got a nomination thread listing the worst ever player to never play for Brighton, and McCammon won with 80% of the vote I'd still run with McGhee's assessment in preference to the character assassination of NSC

To be honest what I've seen of him he's no worse than Iwelumo was. On a free maybe but for nothing worth more than buttons!!!
