In Real's case, at least their debts include financing to modernise the Bernabeau but £137 million looks like it is designed to guarantee his arrival with only one year on his contract at PSG (as reported by Sky). Then PSG to take Ronaldo to turn PSG into the Harlem Globetrotters. They're turning into a stepping stone to MSL.

Not sure how either club are getting away with this under FFFP rules.
