It’s a Twitter rumour but we’ve been linked to loads of defensive midfielders. Therefore there are probably a number we have enquired about and those enquiries then get leaked.
I think it works in our favour as there are so many, no one knows our priorities.

I thought it was someone more used to playing on the left in a central defensive partnership, or even deputising for Pervis as left back that was more the priority. A player more in the Calvin Bassey mould.
