Not quite what I was saying, and it is just my feeling on it.

I think OGH and Charlie are two sides of the same coin.
Working with Gus and the first team squad.

Charlie takes Gus 'down' to the squad, whereas OGH takes the squad 'up' to Gus.

This is what I mean in half my post, summed up in one sentance.

Could the reason that OGH is still at the club have something to do with the fact that he's actually still wanted at the club he loves; & that he has a family down here who are presumably settled and happy?
