Maybe you should let the Football League know that we can’t play anyone who might kick us in the next round. ???
the issue isn't that they made a few bad tackles, mistimed a few challenges resulting in a few bumps and bruises, Its that they appear to have deliberately set out to take out the opposition players-risking serious injury . The smile and wink that Williams gave, and showing zero concern that he may has badly injured another player and the fact that they continued throughout the match, with a red card for another horrible challenge, sums it up. They couldn't win fairly, despite some good football, so they just decided to play like a team of thugs

Not true. Dion Conroy is club captain but has been out injured since pre season. When Dion is out, Jay is skipper. It was the same at the end of last season.
Exactly! How would fans on a train know what instructions the players were given?

Utter poppycock!

Some folk are getting a little hysterical about this. It’s football ffs, bad challenges and injuries are part and parcel of the game. He’ll probably (rightly) get a retrospective red for it. Time to move on, we’ve bigger fish to fry!

So you don’t recognise the Brighton boss in having much sense?

Hurzeler said the left ankle injury "does not look good".

"You can’t tackle like this," said the German.

"It is a tackle where you take a risk of an injury of another player."
What interview did he say that? I’ve yet to see it ???

Really? And is a retrospective Red card even a thing?

Ultimately, for Matt O'Riley, that's irrelevant too.

He's got the same injury whether the player walks away unpunished, the ref sends him off or VAR gets involved to sort it out.
However not long after the O’Riley tackle for which Williams received no card he clatters Ensico which could easily have set Ensico‘s recovery back, had Williams received a card for the first tackle be that yellow it might have made him calm down a bit

Yes. As long as the referee didn’t show a yellow.

Edit: By retrospective red, I mean the ban that goes with it! He obviously won’t be shown a red card!

Yep.

And, at the time, I posted this in a mate's chat thingummy....

"Indeed. No that it makes any difference to O’Riley’s injury.

Might have saved Enciso from the next lunge though."

Not sounding good, is it? Left the ground on crutches as he couldn’t put any weight on the foot.

Zero sign of him in 2 weeks!!

Let's not panic just yet. He's young and will need integration in any case and I'm sure they want to make sure he's 100% first.
