Sorry about this folks but I've been away so couldn't join in all the NSC euphoria after last Sunday.

Gutted as I was about missing the game live, I did have a great time in a bar with 10 Bristol City fans, who were extremely confident about their chances before the game.

It was absolutely bloody brilliant. At the end of the game the Bristol lads all came up, shook my hand and just walked out. They were GUTTED.

I then waited for the presentation, ran back to the hotal and jumped in the pool still wearing the stripes.

The West Ham fan I saw after that nearly started crying

We booked it last August becasue of half-term and didn't give the play-offs a second thought.

By the time March came around I was shitting myself and the rest is history. I was truly gutted but couldn't do anything about it.

It was really funny though, seeing the Bristol City fans change from confident expectation to abject misery.
