I'm going for an EIGHT. Would have been nine if we had managed to ship out some fringe players who will be bored silly for the rest of the season unless we can loan them elsewhere.

£350k spent; Loft and Robinson on their way out; Murray still here; seemingly excellent quality of players signed. And this from a club 5th bottom in League One

Top work by the board

Birchall, Jarrett, Carole, Andrew, McNulty and Davies. SIX signings unheard of, and only one loan. Murray staying made me happiest!

Pretty happy, hope they settle in well otherwise we could sink into the relegation zone. Reckon we have enough to win the JPT, and enough to climb to safety with a month to go.

Just hope these players arent connoisseurs of HOOF

8 for me.

Happy with everyone we've bought in, Loft is gone and Murray is still here.

Well done to Micky, Dick and the rest of the board, job's a good'un I reckon.

I said 8 too, I would like to have seen some of the (barely) fringe players being shipped out on loan as well.

Doug Loft was the deadliest marksman to come out of Hastings since that French archer took out Harold's eye in 1066.

I hope he does well for the Daggers. He seems a likeable lad and wish him all the best.

Six.

Better signings than I expected but when you take into account the loan players we lost and Doug Loft, the squad is actually one or two players LIGHTER than before the window opened.
