You can't magic players from thin air. The players throughout the squad are probably not good enough at this level. By a miracle he kept us up last season. He has got to rate amongst one of the best 3 managers our club has ever had, possibly the best and if he keeps us up this season then I would vote for the best.
Get real, changing the manager will not be the answer. It has been done to often in the past.
If McGhee just plays the kids he will be knocked as Hinshelwood was. This league is a good hard league and with the resources our club have we are doing the best we can. Stop the moaning and back the club. Manager and players. Until anything better is available then you have got the best.
