He is a good player but im not sure of his relevance for us. I rate Whing and think it would be a harsh move to sign another right back when we have a crying vacancy at left-back. Although Bignot has played at left-back for them he is by no means a natural one.

Can play full back either side, in fact he'll play anywhere you ask him to. If my fading memory serves me, he's played central midfield, left & right side of midfield too, gives it everything, never hides.

There are a lot of us wondering why he couldn't get a place in our side when our defence has been so shit this season. Rehman and Barker ahead of Bignot? Ludicrous!
