Very difficult to replace a player with that much influence.

Of course it would be horrible to see him go and i'm sure if he has put in a transfer request, WHU will hold out for a bit more cash as he's still under contract.
But even with £35m, that should get a decent replacement.
Didn't realise he was 29. He could've played at the top but he has totally wasted his talent, mostly through being a prick.
