Anyway, he was 90% ready to sign for Millwall when Gus made his move, totally blew him away with his plans for the club and development of players. All very encouraging, nice to know we can compete like this and also refreshing to hear it's not always about the money and glamour.

No idea, never, ever read it. I'm sure It was on the official site wasn't it? It was certainly a credible quote, he said he wasn't interested in bringing in youngsters to bolster the team while it was stuggling (with injuries) possibly refering to calls for players from the development squad to be brought into the 1st team.
