Still makes no sense. Clearly gonna be a day of hard work on here. Especially with Questions in one of his 'I'm a wacky prankster' moods. The Coons thread is hilarious by the way.
its only as hard as you want to make it, anyway i will take a welcome break off here next week lots of interesting things in the pipeline to get on with.
oh my god nibble works for the news of the worldWell, as promised the report. I will explain why it is cut short later.
Arrived at station at 11.40am. On the station forecourt was a group of about 50+ people. Men, women, children and teenagers and I'm sorry to say all of them very intimidating. I would not want to have been a visitor getting off the train this morning. It really was like a scene from This Is England.
Most were shaven headed, drinking cans of beer and posing for photographs with the George Cross. Some were in full Skins regalia and unfortunately their appearance did nothing to disuade me that they are all exactly what we were thought they were going to be and the same goes for the motive behind the march.
Surprisingly, what I think were decorated Ghurkas were leading the march. Very strange.
At 12, just as it started to spit with rain the march set off down Queens Road. I had been reluctant to take pictures or film beforehand as I thought it would draw aggression. However I began to film them as they began chanting such things as
"Im English, I'm English Im H-A-P-P-Y, " etc and "We want England back, We want England back".
At his point the worst thing I saw of the day was a group in the centre of the march Sig Heiling photographers. Several marchers followed suit until a bout 6 of them were marching and sig heiling. Shocking.
Onlookers were visibly disgusted.
I got to the Quadrant pub (I was following at a distance as I did not want to be perceived as being a part of this) and was approached by two Police Officers. Very polite they were I have to say and professional. They ID'd me, ran a PNC check and explained that it draws aggression and they wanted to check I was not from an opposing faction. As polite as they were I found the whole incident very unpleasant.
As you can understand I then stopped following the march and left them all to it.
A thoroughly unpleasant experience and I regret even bothering to turn up.
I suggest Das Reich should be ignored at all costs.

sadly its the stereotype that tag these marches which give it bad press, you did mention the Gurkha's in attendance but failed to recognise the fact that they would surely not put themselves up for a racist rally, when are the pic's being shown pleaseLook, I'm just wote what I saw and how I felt about it. I thought it was unpleasant. I don't know much about Skins and I don't know the peolpe that were on the march, If they didn't have political motives then that is their business. I haven't attacked anyone personally on the march. It was, as I said an impartial report. If I cannot post the pics I am happy to show the few people that I know on this board the footage and they can judge for themselves.
I found it intimidating and the time I was there wasmade unpleasant again by being stopped by the Police. If you enjoyed the day and found it pleasant then you got what you went for.
I have no agenda and on your reminder thread, apart from a few jibes I said I would go and check it out. Which I did.
Unless I can post pics I have nothing more to say about it.

thats pathetic and you know itI more concerned about the overtime costs to Sussex social services of having that many retarded dribble cases in one place at one time.
fair comment.Yes, I was surprised to see them there. I don't know if the marchers were racist or not. I'm pretty sure the Sig Heilers were.
As stated before pics will be up and hopefully videos as they are more telling if and when I can load them.
I don't know what else to tell you at this stage I'm afraid. If you saw the whole thing differantly then write a report yourself. After all that is what this country is all about, free speech as the march on Sunday demonstrated.
I did what you wanted,I went and saw it and that is what I found.
i think you will find that was not the case.JUST PERHAPS, THE GURKARS did not foresee it as a Racist Rally but just an opportunity of supporting a flag they have fought for, from Nibble's report, it seemed a hard core of half a dozen, did the seig heils.
While we are waiting for Nibble's Brighton images (odd that the attendees don't have any to share with us - they were so keen to promote it on here before the march), here is an image from the HoldHandsForIngerland.co.nazi site of the patriots contributing in their own way to the memorial service at the Cenotaph in November. Blacked out on their site, not by me.
