I get the negative reaction to this question, but I reckon that a) he'd be decent back-up to Estupinan and b) it might be useful to have him around the place saying "it was awful there, I made such a big mistake, I wish I'd never left" in front of all our wonderkids.

He has a huge task ahead of him rebuilding his confidence. That requires an environment as free of additional mental/emotional pressures as possible, so he can “just focus on his football”. Coming back here isn’t that kind of answer. Nor is staying at Chelsea. If I was Marc, I’d be looking at Spain, Italy, Germany etc as the next destination.
