I can see that the CCTV operators have been having some good laughs in Manchester. These things look lethal!

Can I suggest that we stop using the word 'fixtures' to denote threads that have appeared on here inumerable times, and start using the word 'bollards'. It has a a certain ring to it, as well as serving the purpose perfectly.
