If we ignore the fact that 'manager of the month' should go to the manager with the best record during the month, then yes, Micky clearly should have won.:
If thats the case, then why is there a "shortlist" and then a "decision" is announced? Surely even the football league don't need to narrow it down and then spend a week working out points totals.
