Bit off subject, but any ideas where I would look for a man with a van to move to sofa from Portsmouth to Shoreham? Any idea how much I should pay?

Just weighing up hiring said van and buying a mate a few beers or getting it all done by someone.

Failing that, my lady friend has used this shiply in the past, people will give you quotes to do it, they usually start quiet high, but then others will undercut them, until you get a decent-ish deal (although, it doesn't always go as low as you'd like):
