Man Utd - love em or hate em?

Does anyone actually like Man Utd? I must admit in the premiership I want them to loose (but would rather them win then Arsenal and the moaning Wenger), but when they play in Europe, I'm behind them 100%

I know football fans who don't even want them to win in Eurpoe. What do you guys think?

Like to see all English teams do well in Europe, although I laughed last season when Real Madrid tonked them.

As far as I'm concerned they represent themselves, not England. I never support them - it would be hypocritical to support them on one hand and not on the other. I would never support Man Utd or Chelsea at any time, even in Europe!

I prefer them to Arsenal, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Juventus, Barcelona and Bayern Munich, so very occasionally I do want them to win. But every other team can beat them.

I never want them to win, but it could be different if they draw palace, reading, or portsmouth in a cup match

I agree with you entirely. I'll never support Manure in Europe, and I'd never want them to win in domestic competitions either.

Love 'em ! They are the current standard to which every team in the English game should aspire.

All this talk about "Premiershite" is so much tosh. Aside from the national side, the champions are the pinnacle of the game in this country and we should be hoping our club finds it's way back to the top league, so we can consistently watch the best standard of football.

(Having said all that, didn't you just HATE Liverpool when they were top !??!)
