Errr, which team wouldn't, ourselves included...most City fans I have met have actually come from Manchester and aren't plastics like your average United fan.

I read somewhere that Utd have over 60k season ticket holders and 75% of them have manchester Post codes

so how does that tie in with the "plastics" label then young Mr Gully

Probably because there are very few City fans outside Manchester.

Of course United have millions of fans all over the world who have never been to Manchester and are plastic fans if you like, but which of the two clubs has more fans who come from Manchester? I don't know, but I can tell you that I have been to Old Trafford quite a few times over the years and the overwhelming accents in the ground are Mancunian.

Apart from at Old Trafford, none of the many Man U fans I have met comes from Manchester - probably because I live in Kent! I also know 3 Man C fans only one of whom has ever been to a home game!

I agree with our first few words - which team wouldn't.
