Probably a simple answer but my daughter has a ticket but can't go but when you click on the ticket it doesn't give the option for refund only to put up for resale. Is that the same thing?
Thought they'd already said you can get a refund though as it is scheduled for 25th but might be changed.Fixture isn't confirmed yet it could be one of two days
Cheers.You need to make the refund application in writing to the supporter services email address. However the FAQ on the website says that refunds should be requested within 7 days of the new date for a fixture being announced.
I received an email on the March 26th, bottom of the email is a link "Click here to request your refund" which sends you directly to another part of the Brighton website where you fill out a form which allows you get your refund.
