Major road works...

For those of us who are driving tomorrow I have heard small details of major roadworks around the Chichester area and somewhere else that I can't quite remember? Can anyone elaborate?

just got back to Worthing from Southampton - 65 mins each way - there are some roadworks but traffic is light being the weekend like.

Can't see any reason why it would be worse tomorrow? unless the weather causes carnage or something

I did it in about 70 minutes on Friday at 4.30pm during early rush hour. Really not an issue, unless there is an accident on the M27.

Drove from East Preston to Southampton City Centre last Sunday in 1 hour.
There are roadworks around the Emsworth area but i had no delay either way.

Pay a fiver and go in the park and ride, did it last time and worked out really well as very close to the motorway.

That's exactly what I'm planning, but all the favourable talk about West Quay has me wondering now.

Thought it worked very well and from arrival back we were on the motorway in 5 finutes.

That's what we will be doing.

Haven't done it before but heard good things about it. Saves driving into Southampton itself.
