That looks like it could be nasty! They should afford the bin some privacy whilst trapped like that and put up some screens. It would stop the rubber neckers too!

You have to more understanding about what the poor bin is going through, rolling in to the path of an oncoming train was a cry for help.

It is still attached to the other bin, doesn't take a scientist to work out if you pull the bin on the platform the other one will come back.
