I'd like to take this opportunity to make it clear that I think Romano's an unmitigated bellend even when he's writing about us signing players.

Absolute **** who knows f*** all about f*** all - even more so when it’s the AlbionI'd like to take this opportunity to make it clear that I think Romano's an unmitigated bellend even when he's writing about us signing players.
I'm just going to uncritically choose to believe all of this because it makes me happy.Am I the only one who keeps refreshing the BHA home page with sweaty palms to see this confirmed?
I know I'm late to this conversation but honestly, having watched quite a bit of Bundesliga over the last decade and now read this thread, it's clear that most people on here don't realise what's about to happen.
This guy is an absolute gem, a one-man army, a disco ball, and snatching him up ON A FREE would be nothing short of a miracle. I will stick my neck out and say that looking back at this in a few years' time, it will be up there near the top of the list of BHA's shrewdest signings ever.
I strongly disagree with the chap on Albion Unlimited who questioned whether he'll fit the Albion's style of play, and that he'll need someone next to him to do the dirty work. Give him some time to settle in and you'll find that he's technically brilliant, great decision making, finds passes that really shouldn't be there, is a fantastic tackler and doesn't faff about when he gets the chance to finish. And what I'm most excited about (as proven time and time again during his breakout seasons in Borussia M'gladbach) is his ability to find the passes to break down low defences – exactly what the doctor ordered for the Albion.
It's a horrible thing to say, but thank God for his injury early this season – without it he'd 100 % be off to a club with much deeper pockets than ours. The shoulder is reportedly ok now, and the fact that he hasn't played much at the later stage of the season is mainly down to lacking match fitness, falling victim of Dortmund's "don't change a winning team" policy, as well as being much more of a RDZ player than a Terzić one tactically.
Sorry for rambling. But In short, this is no useful squad player, this is a Lamborghini, and in my sometimes humble opinion you guys aren't nearly excited enough.
Has he signed yet?
Now?
Sounds great, but begs the question as to why Dortmund aren't renewing, or is it a case that they'd like to and we are a better offer for him?Am I the only one who keeps refreshing the BHA home page with sweaty palms to see this confirmed?
