I went there on a stag weekend last year and can highly recommend a couple of VERY good bars with some lovely russian ladies who were VERY keen for us to buy champagne for them. I cant remember the names but I am assured they are not unique in madrid.

Museum of Modern art very good and worth going to see the Guernica (SP) alone.

Also visit the train station nearby that doubles as a tropical rainforest.

Also..if you have never been before, Go to a Bullfight...its equally shocking and awe inspiring and the arena is magnificent.

Its very much a do it yourself tour, with a signposted walk around the stadium.

The Barca FC superstore is the size of Hove Sainsburys

Likewise with the Real Madrid tour, with the exception that the superstore is more like a market stall. Very poor effort on that score.

The Madrid Stadium (in terms) of quality is way, way better though.
