It saddens me greatly to see Notts County probably go out the league. A proud club and a great away day.

Fingers crossed for them but it's looking grim.

Hope Notts Co save themselves because of their historic place in English football.I had friends in Nottingham who said that when Cloughie was having problems at Forest he offered his services to County, who knows where that could have ended?

100% this.
Great club, ground and away day but they've been struggling now for years.

Not really. They were in the Playoff final last year and were favourites for promotion this season. They've spent money as well.

Was it Sol Campbell during his playing career that went to Notts County in a rather crazy period in their time when they also had Sven there? He didn't stay because, allegedly, the changing rooms were crap.

fully expect County to win at Swindon, they have nothing to play for

whereas Macclesfield only need a point, which is a bit of a dangerous scenario

Me too - i’ve been keeping an eye on their results since Sol took over as they were a bit cut adrift at the point he took over so he’s done a great job to get them to this point where safety is in their own hands. So I want him to finish the job and give him the chance to push on and have a whole season in charge in League 2 next season. Really want him to prove he can be a successful manager.

They were dead and buried when he turned up and he’s done a great job , didn’t moan and took the hardest job he could to prove himself
