Seeing as Elphick was dropped to bench surely it would be Hawkins and Lynch...

Wanted to see Elphick/Lynch back playing together but as long as Lynch starts I am happy.

Lynch plays it out of defence which i like.Very quick, tall and strong.

Don't reckon he was dropped.Just rested to give Lynch a run out.Think Adams likes the young and old combination in the center.

Surely if it was merely a rest it would be Hawkins rested. Hawkins has been an injury doubt for the last few games.

I think he will stick with the winning team.

Sorry, have any of you been to the game today? Will probably be best to hear from somebody hat has, rather than taking Southern Counties word for it

maybe we are going to go CONTINENTAL and rotate our centre backs every six or so games

Right here, right now
Lynch played well because of the steadying influence of Hawkins next to him? Same as Elphick plays well with Hawkins next to him.

Not sure the two younger players together would be so solid

Think Adams comments were pretty clear on this.

Having seen Hawkins play this season I would say he is a definate pick for the starting line up, solid, wins everything, goes in for balls he shouldnt win.

Having not seen Lynch do anything but ignore the fans as a sub on Saturday I suggest he shouldnt play, even if he played a blinder on the radio and on teletext

If you saw Mansfield at home in the cup last year you`d know the answer to that one.

He was woeful Flav.
He was also half fit and playing in a defence/entire team that were truly dire.

If you'd seen his first 5 months in the team you'd have seen him play very well at leftback, in the Championship.

No real need to play him there since we have Richards though.

Adams is a great believer that if a man plays well in the shirt he keeps it.

Elphick was dropped to the subs bench for believing he could just turn up against Orient. Lynch played well and will keep the shirt.

i surpose elphick will get the knock as lynch did though if the hawk and lynch make a good partnership
