Even if he was at his best, which he isn't, putting on another miniature footballer won't help us in this match.
He was amazing for a month, but wouldn't get in Lutons squad now.

THis is a massive wake up call . . . THere is absolutely no risk of RDZ going to Barca or Liverpool!

We are now seeing the impact of losing Ashworth (lesser extent) and Winstanley - recruitment has been poor for a while now, no ready made replacements (2 players for every position on short list right) and hiring from within.

You can’t tell me David Weir and Sam Jewell were the best candidates for their roles but it was an easy, convenient hire on both counts

Easy to say when we are shite! Rest if season been superb.

This is completely about tactics.

Luton got it all right, RDZ got it all wrong.

Trying to pretend it is a result of something emotional is just fantasy.
I've not said that at all. I've said it's about professionalism, across the board, from manager to players. Setting up for a match seriously. Applying yourself seriously. This has been a shambles.

Sometimes it isn't about tactics or team selection. It's about professionalism and professional pride. This has been seriously lacking in that. First time for a very long time I'd describe it as embarrassing.
And that shouldn't happen with Dunk, Milner, Lallana, Welbeck, Gross, Veltman...in the squad.
