Leeds - but not the dirty bit
My loyalty points have now disappeared :tantrum: , but I have moved up to just over 4000 on the ST waiting list. :)

Talking of season tickets, despite my season ticket renewing every previous season; and the fact I got a letter through saying it would automatically renew the club didn’t renew my season ticket.

How do you know? Is it just that they stopped taking the direct debits?

Have they honoured this, do you still have a ST

Mine is now on zero. Wasn't when this thread was first started though.

They juggle around with them at the moment and then early July they give them back to you, minus the bit the shift off and plus the bit they shift on.

Yeah, they just stopped taking the Direct Debits. I actually had a problem with DD before where for some reason my bank wouldn’t let the club take them which meant I had to pay them manually every month which included a late payment fee. In the end after a lengthy back and forth with the club we realised there wasn’t much I can do apart from pay my DD through someone else, so I transfer my old man £50 and the DD goes through him.

Saw me in a couple of weeks ago and asked if I still had a season ticket because the payments hadn’t been going out. He’d put it down to it being pre-season until he looked back through and realised in previous years they’d been continuous. Means we caught on quite late which doesn’t help.

Have they honoured this, do you still have a ST

Currently? No.

Had a phone call which went absolutely nowhere and now waiting on a reply to an email I sent. Frustratingly the clubs ticket office number isn’t included in any calls you get through your monthly deal which just adds another level of frustration when it comes to getting hold of the club.

I hope they renewed it for you, sounds ridiculous

Cheers. It’s been one long catalogue of errors tbh. Would stress that a lot of it isn’t the fault of the club. It’s just been a perfect storm which has lead to this. Hopefully I can get it sorted out, but I’m not going to hold my breath. Will also put me even further down the queue for away games too which is nice.

I hope they sort this out. I would be pretty stressed if that happened to me, the club should act honorably.

Mine have completely disappeared :tantrum: have emailed club and still waiting for a response. It does seem this season they are either having ticketing website issues, a major overhaul or something else. Either way I wish they would put something out there to let us know what the feck is going on.

They adjust them around this time every year, hence all points are currently awol. You really don't need any yet, not until Watford (A) go on sale. It matters very little. They will come back soon, suitably diminished.

Last year the points for the coming season weren't calculated and added until 6 July. Patience!

My season ticket waiting list number only went down around 220. I think a lot of people in the top 700 or so didn't buy a season ticket this season end. Next year those of us who've had the chance and don't do it will be kicked to the back of the list so expect a lot more changes.

Thanks mate, but sadly next year is the second year since I was 6 where I won’t have a season ticket.

The club are saying they didn’t cancel it and putting the blame on either me or the bank, I didn’t cancel it, the bank account in question has always had enough money in it for the payment and has had no problem for 2 1/2 years. It is what it is though; a lot of the email I got annoyed me but I won’t blame the club. I’ll just hand pick my games next year I guess.
