Loyalty points.

Hi guys,

Long time viewer, first time poster on NSC - so be gentle!

Just wondering if us season ticket holders were due loyalty points for either the SSCF or Spurs games as i've been given conflicting information from various sources (including our very own ticket office, although the young girl in there seem baffled as to what I was actually talking about). Nothing has been added onto my account from these but it has for Gillingham.

Clarification would be appreciated if any of you guys know...

You should have poinst for the Spurs game, not sure re the SSCF.

SSCF wasn't an Albion game = nil points
Spurs game a friendly = nil points (well I didn't get any)
Gillingahm game = points (although I can't remember how many, sorry)

I was under the impression that only senior League and Cup games qualify for loyalty points, therefore not the Spurs game or the SSCF.

No Points for Friendlies.

As an STH you will only get them for Away League games and Cup Games (Home & Away), and only if bought using your FAN Number

Correct, confirmed with ticket office, only tickets for home league/cup games and away games

10 points - home league game
10 points - away cup game
10 points - away league game

10 points for league games, home or away and cup games away. (Season ticket holders won't get home league 10 points as this is covered by their season ticket 1000 points)

NO.......

10 points for away games
20 points for home cup games

I really can't understand getting less for an away game than a home cup fixture, surely it should be the other way around, but who am I to argue!

Think of 'loyalty points' as 'giving the Albion cash' points and it all becomes easier to understand.
