Loyalty Points/Saints Tickets

has anyone else brought and received there saints ticket and NOT been credited with loyalty points?

appears the club have forgotten to update mine. i know its slightly petty for the sake of 10 points but you thought the club need to get these things right surely?

Same has happened to me and my daughter but I'm hoping they'll update the points soon. I have emailed them but no response yet ?

If you ring the club they will add them to your account whilst you're on the blower. I have to say the ticket office have been most helpful to me recently. The wonderfully named Rowan Bangs has been a true gent.

If you have enough points to get Saints tickets already I don't think you need to worry about 10 points here or there.
