Do we want a Manager who is not so high Profile but will stick with Brighton or do we want a good well known Manager who wants to get back to Managing at a high level but will take Brighton up the clear off again.
Loyal Manager or Manager who wants to Manage in Premiership after taking Brighton up

I just want A manager.
Of course I would prefer a manager who would be loyal, but if it had to be loyal or stay in this division against not loyal but takes us up, I would go for the 2nd one every time (Even though it would break my heart).
If we could get the managers to sign a contract which didn't allow them to up and leave at the first opportunity (step forward Coppout) then this would help.
