Lost my Gold card - Help!

Basically, i have lost my card. Can it be replaced easily, and free of charge?

Also, a mate was going to pay my 3rd installment today, can he go in and pay it for me, without having my gold card?

As long as you can remember your seat details you will be fine. Even if you can't, name address etc is normally enough.

I've never needed to produce my gold card, as long as they know your an STH it won't be a problem.

What gold card? American Express, Southern Trains, Spearmint Rhino or Brighton and Hove Albion Season Ticket holder?

I would think so , it just means they will be bringing up your details on the database without inputting the card number first.
