'Looking to buy' around Brighton.

Some friends of ours are looking to buy a holiday home/let in the Brighton area.

Their criteria is 2 double beds, parking for at least 1 car, a flat or terraced house, between Saltdean and Lancing, sea views, up to £150K.

I am well out of touch now, so any recommendations.

I can't see a two bed terraced or flat with sea views and parking for 150k, might need to lower their criteria or up the budget.

Good chance of getting around 20% of the listed price too i'd imagine. Here's the search done on 150k and under - realistically they could look at properties 180k an under and get it within budget. Houses at auction and some new builds they could even get far cheaper.

With such a large radius they're willing to consider, they shouldn't have too many issues.
