Our party of 16 researched options, and Longton RFC seemed the best option. It was a bit grungy, a bit dark and smelling of damp, and the beer choice was limited, and the burgers and hot dogs a bit luke warm, but there must have been 350+ Albion in there at peak time 90 minutes before kick off. The manager Jez was doing his best. Under the circumstances, and the lack of choice locally, I thought they did a fairly good job. Thoughts?

Busiest I’ve ever seen it (suppose it was the biggest ticket allocation we’ve had up there and there was a home match in starting at 2.15) but it was alright. Didn’t take too long to exit the car park given the numbers. Cheap, cheerful and convenient

Indeed. The Pale Ale was decent, and was only about £3.60. The bacon roll wasnt great, but what do you expect for a quid.

Had a prime parking spot, and drove straight out as soon as we got back to the car.

Reasonably short walk to the ground. Cheap parking, food and beer and watched the early match on tv. My burger was ok and a third of the price of the one I bought at WestHam ( and better). Whoever recommended it on here, thanks. If I was a Stoke supporter I’d go there before every match - though I admit that I’m easily pleased!
