Off down there next week for a couple of days with the Mrs and fancy a good old London sunset with a pint.

Only one I’ve been in is the Intercontinental next to the 02 Dome. Very plush and amazing views.

The Sky Garden at the Walkie Talkie is a good shout and free entry.
Also has a decent bar.

Another shout for the OXO Tower, went there for our wedding anniversary, a couple of years ago.

Alexandra Palace is a great place to see over London at sunset. There are bars inside I believe (Phoenix Bar for example).
Some great local boozers too (but not in Wood Green, I hasten to add).

I've no idea if they're well-regarded or considered any good or not, but the two that I can recall visiting both have views of St Paul's...

Think the OXO is looking favourite for us as we are staying near Waterloo so we can jump on the train to Ascot on the Friday. Plus not far from the Tate, so may see what’s on.

The Aviary is good
Went to Radio Bar on top of the ME last Friday, great views if you get a front row table.

Also a decent one around London fields which isn’t as pretentious as the above…can’t remember the name, something 360
