Following on from Harty's phone in theme of naming and shaming local West Ham fans, you know the ones that went to school with you but supported West Ham for some reason, because it was more trendy etc.

Can I name

Paul Wilkinson - ex colleague, estate agent manager, lives in Southwick

Richard Lewis - ex colleague, lived in Crawley, not seen him for years

Plus Alfie Moon, Gary, Billy Mitchell, Den Watts and all the other knuckleheaded West Ham fans on Eastenders. Up the Ammers. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha

:salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :salute: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:

Michael Anderson from Crawley used to work with him at a sportsshop, born in Brighton but raised in Crawley with family from East London. Have not seen him for a bit. Ironically he was thinking of moving to Brighton when I last saw him.:jester:

No idea of his name but I wonder how the West Ham fan, who was in with the Albion fans but kept chanting "come on you Irons" when the Albion were playing at Exeter in the Div 3 Championship season feels today...bet he didn't see the two teams meeting as equals a few years later ...twat :lolol:

Plus me - West Ham were my first team, the first place I went to a football match when I lived in East Ham in 1950. I used to watch East Ham boys in the morning and go to Upton Park with my Dad in the afternoon. And when we moved to Brighton (well, Hassocks, actually) in 1959 and the very next game at the Goldstone was BHA reserves against WHU reserves, there I was with my West Ham scarf standing behind the south stand goal. The only away supporter EVER at a reserve game!

Trouble is, the Albion won 5-0, and so being a totally disloyal kid I switched sides and have been Albion ever since! Still have a soft spot for the Hammers though, but it was on hold yesterday!

don't take it to heart. We'll see you at Lewes for the 18th Dec game and we can both support the same side

In front of the PC
Simon Parkin who I work with and
Pete Bowen the guy who wouldn't even give me the draw when he wanted to have a bet on the game. That will be the best pint I drink for a few weeks.:lolol:
