We may well score, that won't be the issue.

Passing to Salah 6 yards out.
The sending off.
Conceding the pointless free kick 20 yards out.
&
Missing a further open goal.

That's what'll do for the Albion, tomorrow.

We could do a match day bingo. I’d add to this:

- Bissouma smashes a shot that hits row Z.
- One of our midfielders misses the target from less than 12 yards.
- Maupay miscues a sitter.
- Sanchez has a moment of madness.
- Commentator references xG.
- Co-commentator says ‘just lack that cutting edge/need to be more clinical in the final third’
- Gross turn
- A centre back heads over from a corner when it looks easier to score
- Corner doesn’t clear the first man
- Corner sails over everyone and out for a goal kick/throw in.
- March checks back inside when there is an opportunity to cross
- Potter says ‘performance level was good’

First Liverpool goal goes in off the post or bounces off the post straight to a lone Liverpool player to volley into the net with 4 Albion players in the box

Trossard goes down clutching something in first 5 minutes (if he starts)

All this does for Liverpool is allow them to replace their £50m+ player with another £50m+ and then Klopp & the media go on about them being significantly under strengthened. They're heroes if they win, which they obviously still will, and its a sob story if they draw/lose.

- Trossard fails to play a first time pass all match.
- Moder misses a presentable chance

Lallana scores his first league goal for Brighton against his former club.
Mwepu spots Allison off his line and scores from within his own half.
Salah hat trick in the first 7 minutes of the second half to put Liverpool in front.
Maupay brace on 88 and 90+3
We all go home deliriously happy.

Not forgetting the injury time corner at 0-1 that goes short and ends up with Sanchez.

We go in 1-0 up at half time after a scrappy first half.
Two quick goals (Mac and Cucu) after the break and we're in dreamland.
Putin stops play.
Game (and everything else) over.

I previously said that Newcastle were not that good and there for the taking.

I'm giving up on predicting. I see that Lawro and someone called ArrDee are both predicting a loss. (ArrDee was born in Brighton and grew up a Manchester United fan but is now a Chelsea fan)

Well you were phenomenally wrong, as well as being obviously wrong. Newcastle have won 6 of their last 7, won 6 and drawn 3 of their last 9. Not quite sure how you ever concluded they were there for the taking :)

Unfortunately Liverpool have an even better recent record.

Too many Albion fans coming across as complete pussies. Bo Hoo we're not winning enough PL games, I demand success and I want it NOW

Not aimed at anyone on this thread but the lack of enthusiasm for anything Albion on NSC at the moment is depressing to me. All because we are on a particularly shit run

Although some would probably have a moan and conclude that we were shit if we were second in the table

This. Negative Stand Chat.

Please ban, we’ll have none of this positivity on here, it’s not the done thing.

Van Dijk, Konate and Thiago didn’t train yesterday and Klopp has said some players cannot be involved in the game tomorrow due to COVID

Nonsense. Covid is over in the UK. Boris had pretty much said so.
