I was queue position 5 yesterday and it took about 12-15 minutes.
As an aside, after I completed my booking I was told my tickets would be ready for collection at the ground. Okay fine I said. Lo and behold, they turned up in the post this morning.
All well and good, but say I had been at work, or out of the house all morning and was going straight to football under the impression my tickets would be there. A bit dodgy saying one thing, then doing another IMHO.
I was in there buying my Hartlepool ticket about half ten this morning. About four or five people in front of me in the queue, one person dealing with the personal callers (Scottish bloke who I assume was Paul the manager - top man!) and two people manning the phones. Service was polite and quick
Job done four tickets duly ordered, swift, polite service. 13 minute wait which on a match day is not bad.
Although as others have said the booking fee is scandalous, but then we are not exactly alone in charging this are we? Cartainly when I order tickets for England games the same applies.
