Don’t know if you went, but one thing Lallana did more than our normal team was get in the refs and linesman’s ear.

Exactly what we need. Nobby Horton was brilliant at that, it was almost like he wanted to ref as well as play :lolol:

Didn’t go as I’m in France and potentially about to be locked down here

I think he’s been one of our best players personally. Funny old game eh?

It is . . .he did look good, and I 'm no hater, just frustrated at no end product.

It's not just him, and teams like these don't walk all over Chelsea. . . . but he still frustrates with his inability to deliver anything after the hard bits's seemingly done.

Good. This has been going on far too long. They are supporting Black Lives Matter an organisation that wants, among other things, to dismantle capitalism. The alternative to capitalism is communism. And if black lives matter so much why are they still busy shooting each other?

That’s a fair assessment. Definitely needs to work on his shooting with his right foot. I did however very much enjoy him turning Ziyech inside out

He;d be better off saving his keyboard. We all take it as read he is an ignorant bigot who opposes black people or disabled people getting prominent jobs on TV. Really no need to reinforce it at every opportunity,

Interesting to see if anyone else saw what went on. Was a fair way away from me but two very distinct boos. And I did see an older guy getting very animated with someone behind him.

You won't let us have any BLM threads though. So where else should it go?

nice bit of bitching going on on facebook mate , fellow seagulls fans pointing fingers and slagging each other off.......it's an emotive subject and unfortunately it gets dragged into the gutter rather rapid.

Perhaps a board that specialises in politics and race, rather than a football one?

Oh - and YOU asked for the old BLM thread to be closed and gave me a thumbs up when I did. Although I closed it because you were being a prize tit and Baker Lite and ppf had turned it into Britian First's Facebook page.

Now, this is a football thread about a football match so stick to the subject or get thread banned.

Just great to be back. Only issue was my Google Pay ticket didn't work and I had to go to ticket office to get a paper one.

Really enjoyed game, atmosphere etc. but I too had a problem with my ticket, in my ‘wallet’ on my iPhone 10. It wouldn’t scan, I was told to take it out of its case. I couldn’t get it out of case, didn’t want to send phone flying on to the floor.
Being masked up and steward masked up and me being a bit hard of hearing, I think he said turn the brightness down?
Eventually my ‘ticket’ went through, so I apologise if you were behind me in the queue!

The person in front of me had the same issue. By the staffs response it was a common problem.

You can see this is the way forward for the club, ST on phones and they get to control the sale and transfer of tickets more easily. At Spur's new ground you can only resell your ST to another registered member. I think they have about 40K but it still locks out a lot of people or makes them take out a membership for a small fee if they do want to buy your ticket. I do not know if you can transfer your ticket for free to another member.

Reckon my photo of the social distancing in the ESL serves as a pretty good illustration of how news photos can be made to fit any narrative. Look in the foreground, it's clear that pretty much perfick social distancing is being observed. Further away from the foreground, the less social distancing appears to be observed. Clearly that wasn't the case. But does make you think about the photos taken on the beaches a month or two back. Makes from a more clickbaity news story I suppose, even if at heart it's downright dishonest

It was quite noticeable how Lallana played the 'game' differently and has been said is one of the key skills needed to progress up the table.

Brilliant photo....interestingly, it didn’t feel as though the spacing was as distant as it looks in that picture.
