Live chat help needed

Cannot make game tonight due to illness. I was going to use the live chat but I can only see a red square! When I click on the downloads on the Java page it simply says error.

Can anyone help?

It will be to do with your browser stettings but I'm too tired and the brain won't function enough to remember why.

You may need to adjust your internet settings. Go to Tools, Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab, and scroll down. Make sure the Java options are ticked.

That might help.

Mine is fecked as well and there is no mention of Java in advanced tab bit.

It used to work as well.
