Is it me or is it really quite hard to get 10% month on month?
They seem to have designed it very carefully.....

Maybe a little more context would be usefulIs it me or is it really quite hard to get 10% month on month?

Indeed spending £250 in a month at Lidl is pretty hard without a huge family or big middle aisle spend.
That is an excellent price for that wine
Not a problem at least when you are shopping weekly for a household of 5 adults, with few takeaways. Is it me or is it really quite hard to get 10% month on month?

I've made it every month since I signed up - not sure what that says about me.Is it me or is it really quite hard to get 10% month on month?

It really isn't. St Emillion Grand Cru? Might as well have Horsham Grand Cru. It means nothing. That is an excellent price for that wine
If you bought 101 Deluxe steak and ale pies at £2.49 each, and stacked them nicely in your chest freezer, the job is a very good one.. so I am told.Indeed spending £250 in a month at Lidl is pretty hard without a huge family or big middle aisle spend.
Surprised it took that long, was expecting something on those lines a while back.It really isn't. St Emillion Grand Cru? Might as well have Horsham Grand Cru. It means nothing.
The wine I buy at Lidl is €1.49.a carton.
You basically have to spend £250 in a calender month and then when you breach the £250 you only have 7 days to spend the voucher.
Anyway, unless you're a £500 a month spender (takes some doing at Lidl) it requires a bit of planning. Ideally shop at the start of the month, then again week 3 and a small top up at the end to breach £250. Then start again at the beginning of the next month within the 7 days.
Easy to get out of sync and then it makes the 10% hard to use or you had to use too early and it doesn'yt count till the following month. Well thought out in my view, reckon most won't end up using it.
I actually think people are starting to leave the discounters and are returning to Tesco, price gap has narrowed and more choice
Now I know the wine doesn't qualify for the 10%, I think I'll join you.The wine I buy at Lidl is €1.49.a carton.
Now that's what I call decent value.
