Sort it out fella, youre supposed to be a striker so get yourself in the box where it matters and get some goals to keep us up. He doesnt seem to be want a goal scorer, wheres the fight?!?

He is tall and doesnt win any headers, and he drops deep, lays off a nice pass and admires it instead of busting a gut to get in to score a goal.

As soon as Murray came on we played better and he was in the six yard box challenging for the ball with the keeper.

Come on Dicko, you cost us loads of money, now prove your worth. Holroyd already looks decent, now take your poncy yellow boots, stop diving and soccer those dins!!

Loads of fans were excited when he signed and he just disappointed when given a chance in the last two games since Forster did what he did

Total shite.

Would rather watch Hart.

Hell, I'd rather watch Craig Davies.

Uninterested rubbish.

Derby fans were laughing when we bought him, they were so glad someone actually paid money for him :(

He was poor tonight, he seems to be lacking in confidence and footballing intelligence. That is he never seems to know where to position himself or when to make a run. However he was excellent against Orient so I would not write him off entirely.

open your eyes a little big wider and have a look at the stats mate. murry pretty much stays up by the goal whereas dickinson covers a hell of a lot more of the pitch and lays off the other strikers therefore enabling them to score. have a look as i say at the stats for ground coverage and assists then come back and have your say.

yeah he was quality against orient, so its harsh to say he is a waste of space. my mate came to his first ever brighton game against orient and was well impressed with him aswell. perhaps he is a bit short of confidence so slagging him off all the time is hardly going to help the situation.

So, gus wants to play holroyd, and feels he needs two up front, so that means dropping Dickinson or Murray.

He is making this decision based on wanting to improve our home form, wanting to change that pattern.

Who do you keep the in: Murray who hasn't scored at home all year, or Dickinson who has scored most of his goals at home? When both had comparable performances on saturday (according to most accounts).

not surprised he doesnt know where to play as gussy's instructions to him when we recently played stockport county were "dicko, play everywhere" . Yeah gussy very helpful boss, ill do just that eh.

At last, a genuinly sensible post looking at both sides of the coin without resorting to name calling of players. thank you Acker.

today Murray was clearing headers in our box, and also made a good tackle in our box.

Dickinson played well earlier in the season, where he ran around a lot, but that is no different to Gary Hart. There is ground covered, but not where it matters. We have scored one goal since October at Withdean and strikers not being in the box might be part of the problem. He is not a terrible player just not a striker

as for assists, I have no idea how many he has got, maybe two at most
