has the dripping pan got any plans for redevelopment to cater for the conference football it shall be hosting next season?

They will have segregation for those matches the police deem it to be necessary for, which will be about half of them. This will mean separate entrances, refreshment and toilet facilities. Beer on the terraces will be banned. I think they may charge extra for the main stand and have plans to extend it to the length of the pitch.
My source for this is the Chairman.
Will be back from the Lakes in time for ko Saturday, hoping for the title!

The price of promotion, I believe under Blue Square rules, they also have to close the bar during the game. Shame as you can never see the beer on the terrace rule being recinded in the future.

The basic work has been done to get the fa approval, this was done for their FA cuo game against Darlington or Mansfield.

They have plannning permission with the council, so if its down to Lewes wait 10 years see what happens and then ground share at falmer.

As a Borough supporter I'd like to congratulate Lewes. I hope they do well next year and that the spirit of the club isn't spoiled by the move to a more "serious" level.

The rivalry between the two clubs has been great and it would be good if Eastbourne get through the play-offs so it can continue next year. Apart from anything else, it generates fantastic gates and the money will be vital if either team wants to compete with the pros.

Perhaps Steve King will learn to keep some of his thoughts to himself too ... he has got a bit tiresome at times this year.
