Bigotted little England. I have clients who are gay. I have no problem with that each to their own. I take people as they are I don't give a shit if someone is gay. The most important thing is what people are like as human beings. that the ONLY thing that matters. If someone is gay does that make them evil , no, does it make them sick, no , does it make them bad people, not in my book. I am not gay but what right have I or the homophobes on here to tell people how to live their lives. Gay Pride is a DISGRACE

As has been said before to you: think about your own club & their strong Jewish connections over the years. Then think about how many of them have been affected by the terrible effects of irrational hatred towards other human beings. If you do, then just maybe you'll be able to be a bit more tolerant of other individuals/groups of people in future

See, that's a very good point.

Some gay people (male or female) are great people, some are complete twats. Some straight people (male or female) are great, some are complete twats.

Personally, I think the best way to do it is to take people as individuals. I couldn't care less if a person is male, female, black, white, gay, straight or any other variable you care to come up with. If I like or dislike someone, it's because I like or dislike them on their own merits, not those of whatever 'group' they'd be classified in.

That said though, I draw the line at liking Palace fans. That's just common sense.

I think that some people saying they don't like gays, or don't like the way that quite a lot of gays feel they have to parade to show their gayness in Gay Pride is actually quite different to KILLING thousands of gays and jews etc.

What pisses me off about HB&B's views on this topic is his argument that events like Pride are somehow spoiling his beloved Brighton.

That's not how I see it.

When I first came down to Brighton, I lived in what my landlord at the time rather euphemistically called "the theatrical part of town" - Kemp Town. What he meant was that the pubs, then as now, were populated by a mix of gay and straight folk. The main difference in those days was, however, that the gay men of the district were criminals.

I'm proud to say that things have changed. That is worth celebrating.

Doe's the Christian church agree with you on this celebration of homsexuality?
