The linesman was an idiot, he kept waiting for the Ref ( a clown himself) blew his whistle before putting his flag up.

must have been the mass ranks of qpr fans behind him in the second half

Regarding the ref and linesmen at QPR, I'd be surprised if Sonic The Hedgehog isn't on here later this morning with a few choice words about their impressively twitchy three-man impersonation of a troop of mentally-retarded, myopic, badly-shaved monkeys...

I wasn't at the game so I can't comment either way on the did he-didn't he dive controversy surrounding LK. However, the fact is he goes to ground far too easily. He's obviously earnt himself a reputation amongst referee's. No doubt they compare notes when they all get together for their weekly knitting circle or tea dance. In a situation like yesterdays, where the referee has doubt in his mind, the chances are LKs reputation as a "diver" is going to sway him? As for the Wycombe game, we have the perfect replacement in Jake Robinson. Too lightweight? Leon hardly breaks the scales does he? Of course, there's always David Lee??

You can't appeal against yellow cards except in cases of mistaken identity. Probably because you get several yellows per match and teams would be appealing left, right and centre if they could.

Maybe we should try the "mistaken identity" option, claim it wasn't really Leon but Butters instead ;)

We can't appeal. Carlisle could still be banned after the event though. He won't though. This isn't the Premiership and it's not watched on TV. :glare:
