he played well but he didnt look very confident, but he did very well today.

Was it lack of confidence or nerves? He must have known that another bad performance would see him back on the bench

I thought he did well today and worked a lot harder to chase down defenders just like Virgo.

Once we went 1-0 up the little fellas confidence went up sharply, trying to run with the ball, anticipating passes and if only he'd connected with that Currie cross about 2-3 mins after the pen, what a lovely worked goal that would've been!

He played much better than in recent matches today, but he's still not anticipating the flick-ons or thru balls. I hope this goal will give him the confidence he needs.

I wasn't there, but on SCR they said he was playing well and working very hard.

OK, he may never be the same in the tackle as Virgo, but FFS, he's only 5'4", give him praise where it's due. Sounds like he's taken a few things on board and is willing to put the extra in.

Come on Leon, keep it up fella. The goals will surely follow.

sorry braders but are you having a laugh or something!!!

Harding was by far our worst player!! He made one awesome tackle that stopped a goal but apart from that he was absolute shit!! How many times did he give the ball away or kick it straight into touch. In my opinion he is our worst player by a country mile. how on earth did he ever play for the England u21's. Uf we are that short of players it is very worrying for the future!

I thought he had a very good game, much more effort. He does look light on confidence, but the goal - albeit a pen - will help. I think you could see it in the 10 mins afterwards.

Man of the match, it was Chippy for me. I thought the whole side worked better with him back to pull the strings.

Game of opinions. I often have my reservations about Dan, but I thought he really looked the part today. Okay so his distribution wasn't great but his primary role is to defend and I thought that aspect of his game was excellent today.

He worked hard but I wish he had tried to take men on more. Saying that he did some great passes.

I aslo though Harding played ok but three times in quick succession he either kicked into touch or misplaced a pass in a way reminiscent of past Albion players at the Priestfield. Other than that he had a good game.
