great result today -

as one of the "newbie" season ticket holders, next saturday will see my first away day trip to leicester since walsall last season. my uncle runs the supporters club up there, so am fairly au fait with the Leicester news, and know for a fact that are crapping themselves at the prospect of the mighty Albion arriving.

whatever anyone says, in my experience, we have the best away support going...the games against stoke and watford in the cup last season spring to mind in particular.

i know that we got an allocation of 2400, any idea how many of us will be making the trek up the M1?

also, am having to cherry pick the away games (mainly due to cost and the missus recovering from a large cancer op) so would appreciate any advice as to what are good away grounds to go to. am currently thinking of reading and peterborough (the london games will probably be way too expensive) so any decent advice would be appreciated.

brighton til i die :)

really looking forward to it, and hope for another 3 points

I'll be there with my son this time - a Villa supporter but we are his "second team" ( don't understand that tbh but I can live with it and he's good company :) )

To be honest mate, you may struggle to get a ticket for peterbougu as they're getting rid of the terrace so you'll need beaucoup del pointios. My top tips for the best remaining away games would be:
Millwall, palace, forest and burnley. Rumours abound that Ipswich and west ham will be £45 each so have to rule them out.

Gutted that I will miss it due to covering someone else's shift at work (I owe them a favour as they covered my holiday), but i am tempted to go "sick" as I don't want to miss any games at the moment.

Just hope the M1 is running a bit smoother than a few years ago when me and the old man didn't make it!

I think you must be talking about the game where we missed about 60 minutes. 0-0 I believe? Nightmare journey I recall.

Got my tickets for next week. I'm still in Bristol at the moment. Nice place this.*

I don't think we need to fear any team at the moment. If GP can keep the boys motivated and not to get complacent then we can give any team a run for their money.*

We're going to have to work hard though saying that. Today we had to grind out a result away from home.

We didn't look at our best but did the business.

All this seems too good to be true.

What happened with the guy who got booted out after the goal? What did ge do?
