El-Abd and Chippy Return Richard Carpenter and Adam El-Abd return to the starting line-up for today's visit of Leeds United.It is only the third start of the season for Carpenter, who replaces the injured Alexis Nicolas in midfield.Adam El-Abd takes his familiar right-back berth, after stand-in full-back Paul Reid damaged a bone in his foot during the 1-1 draw with Cardiff.

Elsewhere Mark McGhee keeps faith with the side that started against the Bluebirds. Nathan Jones and Gary Hart are among the substitutes.Kevin Blackwell keeps faith with the side that beat drew 1-1 with Reading in midweek.

Does anyone know how to get the live commentary going over the internet? I am signed up to the month trial thing, and can get onto the page where all the matches with commentary are listed, but when I click on Brighton nothing happens.

I've had to come into work and I think the commentary is the only thing that will keep me going!
