This is a real marmite jobbie. I saw him at the Brighton Centre last November and I nearly vomited laughing. His stand-up is great, he cracks me up. His films are shit though.

I caught his Wembley show on the box a couple of weeks ago & thought he was top-notch. I don't think I've ever seen a human being sweat that amount without being carted off on a stretcher, either.

Sometimes I find him very funny, sometimes not, but I very rarely find him just OK... I'm not entirely sure why. I agree that his films are rubbish though.

Saw him suppoprting jack dee at the Dome about 15 years ago. Never even heard of him then and thought he was funnier than the main act. One of those comedians though that has a shelf life that ran out quite a few years ago!
