i stay right up till final whistle and clap the players off the pitch and i still get home is a reasonable time so don't see why people leave early and i feel everyone should stay till the end and support the team
i was at home with my i pod on and fell asleep the volume was quite loud

Brighton / Hove actually
I left early for only the second time in years last night, not that it did me any good I got gridlocked in BF and I missed the goal.

I was shocked at how many people were streaming out on 85 mins, in fact so many had left as I got to BF that when we scored I just assumed it was a second for Wednesday as the cheers did not sound loud enough for the home team scoring.

Won't ever leave early again.

I'm happy that people do leave early, if everyone left bang on the whistle it would be a nightmare getting out.

In any case what about the ones who rush to get their burgers, pies and beers 5-10 min before half time? Is that any different? As soon as Wed scored there was a mass exodus for food.

I agree, but a lot of our fans do t live in Brighton.

Until the transport is improved, then people will continue to leave early.

If they go early and miss goals then tough shit for them, it's their own fault.

Person next to me left 2 minutes before our equaliser and said "This is a load of shit, we're never going to score" !!

You possibly sit next to me then cos I said the same, mind you I did get home by 10.45 normally gone midnight

Do these people get up and leave the cinema before the end of a film too?
Really don't understand, okay, yes if you have to be somewhere and so on the odd occasion leave before the finish, but to do it on a regular basis just to avoid a rush ???

Yes don't want to know the ending keeps you guessing:facepalm:

Let it die you sad man.

Just how closely related are you two? It's kind of scary that whenever you take a dig at one, the other responds within seconds.

There is a guy who sits next to my dad who arrives 10 mins after the start of every game and leaves 10 mins early every game. Even if it is tight. Just don't see the point if only seeing 70 mins!

Yes, we left early. Missed the goal but after that abject performance, like most of the people on the bus, we were beyond caring!
The team selection and tactics were beyond belief. Ince, man of the match at the last home game, doesn't get on at all, Bruno (a right back?) is in midfield and clueless, and then on comes a clearly unfit Agdestein. Nothing made sense!

EVEN LEAVING ON 85 MINUTES MEANS DEALING WITH CROWDS,LOOKS LIKE THE NEW 85 MINUTES IS GONNA BE 80 MINUTES:down: BENNYS FIELD AT STANDSTILL ON 89 MINUTES:shrug:

Bennetts field was at a standstill when i finnished at 23.15,never seen it like that before at that time of night for an evening game
